There’s so much to know about the children’s publishing industry that we have decided to create Hot Topic Events to take them on, one by one.
Each Hot Topic will feature one area of kidlit for discussion. Experienced authors and illustrators–we need you there to lend your insight! New authors and illustrators–this is a terrific opportunity to listen, ask questions, and get a better handle on various facets of the children’s publishing landscape. See below for a list of upcoming Hot Topic events.
Have a topic you want to discuss but don’t see it listed? Want to host a Hot Topic Social in your city or town? Let us know! We want to move these around the state, and we need your help to make that happen. You don’t have to be an expert on a topic to host, just curious to know more and willing to lead a discussion.
